Shipping

All orders will be shipped via Expedited Parcel, within 3-4 business days of receipt of order when paid by credit card. If you have paid via Check or Money Order, orders will be shipped within 3-4 business days of receiving payment. If for any reason we are out of stock or have an unexpected error in the order you will be notified immediately and arrangements will be made. Most of our items are hand-made and may take up to 4-6 weeks to create should we be out of stock or if you wish a custom item.

If you have arranged for a local pickup, during checkout on the third PayPal page labeled MAKE YOUR PAYMENT please select the option for "No shipping address required" located under the "Shipping Information" heading.

Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. When you receive your package, we ask that you examine it closely. If there is a defect or damage to your order please contact us immediately (within 5 days of receipt) to resolve the issue. Halorodeo will be happy to accommodate you as much as possible. If you are not satisfied with your order you may exchange your item. Simply return the item in the same condition as purchased - with all packaging materials, accessories, and the original HaloRodeo sales receipt.
